Over the past 19 years I have earned extensive experience within the fitness industry working in some of the world’s most fast paced and demanding cities, highlighted by 8 years playing and coaching various rugby teams and 10 years international personal training experience. An energetic, hardworking and devoted trainer with excellent knowledge of up to date training principles.
